Badamibagh Cantonment Board (E-Services)

PROCEDURE OF APPLYING FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  1. Download Birth Certificate Application Form
  2. Fill the above downloaded Birth Application form duly signed.
  3. Scan and Save the above filled Birth Application form alongwith Address Proof, ID Proof and PROOF OF BIRTH, if any, viz. Certificate issued by 92 BH, G B Pant Cantt General Hospital etc.
  4. Before applying online for Birth Certificate, the applicant has to Register him/her self with valid Email and Mobile No., if not registered already (Unregistered Applicant Can Not Apply).
  5. Apply online using E-Services link of Badamibagh Cantonment Board official website.
  6. Send all the uploaded documents to " The Registrar Births and Deaths, Office of the Cantonment Board, Badamibagh Cantonment, Srinagar (J&K) - 190004 "
  7. On receipt of documents, the Cantonment Board will search in its birth records to find out whether the birth was registered or not.
  8. If the birth is NOT found to be registered with the Cantonment Board, a NonAvailability Certificate shall be issued
  9. If the birth is found to be registered with the Cantonment Board, the applicant shall be asked to deposit the requisite fee online and the Birth Certificate shall be made, accordingly The coloured birth certificate/s and Cantt 4-B receipt shall also be sent via Speed Post.
